The shutter blinks, and time moves ahead in installments... the floating and anonymous eye makes irreversible progress towards the distant, never approaching mountains. Travel isn't continuous, since the space between pictures is dark. but we shouldn't be afraid of this, since the dark doesn't exist, and the void of those discontinuous moments speed us on our way... think of them as the temporal equivalent of a favorable foreign currency exchange rate.
