A triple-eyed tracking telescope, following and recording the flight of the missile. Left/right. Top/bottom. Here/there. Then/Now. All gets written down, and sent off to special sculptors, who make picture-numbers into solid shapes... prototypes of the next generation missile!     No one on base seemed to wonder what happened to the weapons that never came back after the launch.
