The Trinity Site Marker in the distance, with a fence in the foreground. A place shaped like an Earthwork, with ritual entry through twin circular fences. In truth however, the Marker is a prisoner, and wears an ankle bracelet; if it tries to leave the perimeter, owls hoot and the bugs fly off to the telephone, to wake up the warden... immediate parole violation. This Marker stays here, whether it wants to or not. People come to it, not the other way around. Though it dearly wishes it were the other way around.
