Boats still take you to the exit of Eden, perhaps just a dark spot hanging in the middle of the air, or a crack in the side of a tree, or a particular color of wind.     I traveled by aeroplane and boat against the retreat, to arrive at the famous tomb of Ezra, gatekeeper at the Garden of Eden.
