The  sombre  profile of a mysterious  terre , a  noir  or  blanc   horizon , perhaps where the ancestors of coal  marcher . The  ciel  is  sombre  with the residue of the burned  sol . The  sol  is made of  poussière  that has fallen from the  ciel  and been packed, by the pacing of invisible souls, into a hard coal  cailloux . Trapped dogs and dinosaurs bark from air-filled hollows under the  horizon , as the invisible  substance  painfully penetrates them, replacing their bones with blackened  pierre . Think of this as a  nuit  view of La Brea Tarpits, pictures still being snapped by an automatic  caméra  pointing facedown towards the  sol , left there by an owner sucked into the oil a million years ago yesterday.     Pour le cinéaste du surnaturel, le fantôme était un radium spirituel en décomposition, qui pouvait impressionner...
