Way back when, this  ville  was claimed as part of the Mormon State... a scheme that brought out fighting Federal soldiers on horses, with guns and anger, who stopped that sort of talk. Part of the theology of that State claimed that people from the  tour  of Babel came to live Right Here, traveling across the great sea separating there from here (how  loin  did the biblical ocean go?).
