The monk walks through the wall window, and appears behind, with Jacob, who is describing the lights he saw in the sky. They flew round and round each other, stared at him, told him about bad things happening to good people and bad people, etc. etc. the usual Sinai trip, the monk has heard it all before, and lived it too. Not much to say... nod your head, suggest a good book in a local language. Doesn't work for everyone, these days (just like it didn't in those days).
