A language made for "Internal Communication", i.e. some sort of happy telepathy. That way the talker could use pictures, or just feelings. Of course, it would be necessary to find a grammar of feeling (said certain government officials).     In my youth, I studied Volapuk, rival of Esperanto, the artificial language of international peace; and reconstructed the language of Cain, spoken at the Tower of Babel.
