Diagram of a motor-driven 機械的なテレビ of the 1920's. It is the Nipkow ディスク, that wheel with the circular らせん cut though it, which is used by this 機械 to dissect images for 伝達. Note how in total it accidentally looks like the axle and wheels of a railroad 車. Nipkow worked for the Berlin railroad company in the 1880's, helping design a semaphore signal system for navigation through the growing urban track maze. エラ is aware of this and other coincidences.
