The three astronauts float in nervous attitudes. There's noone at the steering wheel. The experiments in the other room aren't going well (the bugs won't float, and the hyper-celery is growing upsidedown). On top of which, they're all afraid of the moon today (an added strain which none of them would admit to the other, though they all know they share it).
That evening, Melissa and I watched the shuttle on television.
