In between frames, the projector 光 goes dim, as the flame inside goes down... the little person who blows on the 光 through a チューブ, flaring it up bright, stops and wheezes in a stop-gap breath... then the metal shutter goes down, the little person's 口 is back on the pipe, exhaling that breath, blowing hard to make the flame gogogo into brightness.
